喷发动机热车怠速过高

发动机冷车时以正常快怠速运转,但热车后仍保持快怠速,导致怠速转速过高。故障原因有节气门卡滞,封闭不严;附加空气阀故障;怠速控制阀故障;水温传感器故障;空调开关、动力转向器压力开关故障;曲轴箱强制透风阀故障;进气系统漏气;发电机充电电压过低。
The engine runs at normal fast idle speed when it is cold, but it still keeps fast idle speed after it is hot, which leads to high idle speed. The cause of the failure is that the throttle is stuck and not tightly closed; Additional air valve failure; Idle speed control valve failure; Water temperature sensor failure; Air conditioning switch, power steering gear pressure switch failure; Crankcase forced ventilation valve failure; Air leakage in air intake system; The charging voltage of the generator is too low.
怠速转速过高主要是怠速时进气量过多或发动机控制信号错误引起的,造成怠速转速过高的原因有进气温度传感器故障、水温传感器故障、节气门位置传感器故障、空气流量计或进气歧管尽对压力传感器故障、开关信号故障、怠速控制阀故障、节气门体故障、喷油器故障、真空漏气、发动机控制单元故障或匹配设定题目等。
High idle speed is mainly caused by excessive intake air or engine control signal error during idle speed. The causes of high idle speed are intake air temperature sensor failure, water temperature sensor failure, throttle position sensor failure, air flow meter or intake manifold pressure sensor failure, switch signal failure, idle speed control valve failure, throttle body failure Injector failure, vacuum leakage, engine control unit failure or matching setting problems, etc.
①检查节气门开度。对于大多数电控发动机,当发动机达到正常温度、怠速阀完全封闭时,基本怠速转速设为500±50r/min。假如基本怠速过高,应检查系统的真空密封,特别是真空管、PCV阀及曲轴箱等相关部分的密封情况。
① Check the throttle opening. For most electronic controlled engines, when the engine reaches normal temperature and the idle valve is completely closed, the basic idle speed is set to 500 ± 50r/min。 If the basic idle speed is too high, check the vacuum seal of the system, especially the vacuum pipe, PCV valve and crankcase.
②检查发动机的负荷信号。此时可接上怠速控制阀,在发动机正常工作温度下,其开度应在15%~25%之间,假如怠速控制阀开度过大,应检查发动机负荷信号是否正常,如空调信号、蓄电池电压及水温传感器的温度值。
② Check the load signal of the engine. At this time, the idle speed control valve can be connected. Under the normal working temperature of the engine, its opening should be between 15% and 25%. If the idle speed control valve is too large, check whether the engine load signal is normal, such as air conditioning signal, battery voltage and temperature value of water temperature sensor.
此时我们要留意以下几种情况,一是假如长时间水温过低,发动机怠速转速将会偏高;二是假如长时间蓄电池电压过低,发动机怠速转速也会偏高(如发电机皮带打滑造成充电不足,发动机起动后怠速转速偏高不下);三是空调系统的空调开关信号不好、压力开封闭合等,同样会造成发动机怠速转速偏高。
At this time, we should pay attention to the following situations: first, if the water temperature is too low for a long time, the engine idle speed will be on the high side; Second, if the battery voltage is too low for a long time, the engine idle speed will be too high (for example, the generator belt slipping causes insufficient charging, and the engine idle speed is too high after starting); Third, the air-conditioning switch signal of the air-conditioning system is not good, and the pressure is opened and closed, which will also cause the engine idle speed to be on the high side.
