发动机气缸套磨损的原因

气缸套磨损的原因气缸套的工作环境十分恶劣,造成磨损的原因也很多。通常由于构造原因允许有正常的磨损,但使用和维修不当,就会造成磨料磨损、熔着磨损和腐蚀磨损等非正常磨损。
The working environment of the cylinder liner is very bad, and there are many reasons for the wear. Normal wear is usually allowed due to structural reasons, but improper use and maintenance will cause abnormal wear such as abrasive wear, fusion wear and corrosion wear.
一、构造原因引起的磨损
1、 Wear caused by construction
1.润滑条件差使气缸上部磨损严重
1. Poor lubrication conditions make the upper part of cylinder wear seriously
气缸套上部临近燃烧室,温度高,润滑条价差。新鲜空气和未蒸发的燃料冲刷和稀释,加剧了上部条件的恶化,时期刚上都处于干摩擦或半干摩擦状态,这是造成气缸上部磨损严重的原因。
The upper part of the cylinder liner is close to the combustion chamber, the temperature is high, and the price difference of the lubricating strip is low. The erosion and dilution of fresh air and non vaporized fuel aggravate the deterioration of the upper condition, and the upper part of the cylinder is in dry friction or semi dry friction state, which is the reason for the serious wear of the upper part of the cylinder.
2.酸性工作环境导致化学腐蚀,使气缸套表面腐蚀剥落
2. Chemical corrosion is caused by acidic working environment, which makes the surface of cylinder liner corroded and peeled off
气缸内可燃混合气燃烧后,产生水蒸气和酸性氧化物,它们溶于水中生成矿物酸,加上燃烧中生成的有机酸,使气缸套始终工作在酸性的环境中,对气缸表面产生腐蚀作用,腐蚀物在摩擦中逐步被活塞环刮掉,造成气缸套变形。
After the combustion of combustible mixture in the cylinder, water vapor and acid oxides are produced. They dissolve in water to form mineral acid. In addition, the organic acid generated in the combustion makes the cylinder liner always work in an acidic environment, which causes corrosion to the cylinder surface. The corrosive substance is gradually scraped off by the piston ring in the friction, resulting in the deformation of the cylinder liner.
3.客观原因导致气缸内进入机械杂质,使气缸套中部磨损加剧
3. Objective reasons lead to mechanical impurities in the cylinder, which aggravates the wear in the middle of the cylinder liner
由于发动机的原理和工作环境,空气中的灰尘、润滑油中的杂质进入气缸内,使活塞和缸壁间造成磨料磨损。灰尘或杂质随活塞在气缸中往复运动时,由于在气缸中部位臵的运动速度大,故加剧了气缸中部的磨损。
Due to the principle and working environment of the engine, dust in the air and impurities in the lubricating oil enter the cylinder, causing abrasive wear between the piston and cylinder wall. When the dust or impurity moves back and forth with the piston in the cylinder, the wear in the middle part of the cylinder is aggravated because of the high speed of the movement in the middle part of the cylinder.
