奥迪轿车R挡起步异常的故障分析

一辆行驶里程约3.2万km,搭载2.0TCDZ型发动机的2011款一汽奥迪A4L轿车。车主反映:早上启动车辆,挂R挡轻踩加速踏板不走车,重踩时车辆突然向后窜。
A 2011 FAW Audi A4L car with 32000 km mileage and 2.0tcdz engine. The car owner said: start the car in the morning, shift to R gear, step on the accelerator pedal lightly and don't walk. When you step on the accelerator pedal heavily, the car suddenly moves backward.
故障诊断:试车,挂D挡起步正常,启动后挂R挡起步出现冲击,再挂R挡起步正常。检测所有控制单元均无故障码存储。
Fault diagnosis: during the test run, starting in D gear is normal. After starting, starting in R gear has impact, and then starting in R gear is normal. No fault code is stored in all control units.
2.该车装备CVT变速器,才行驶300多千米的新车出现此故障,怀疑是变速器内部机械故障。根据R挡控制原理,分析R挡打滑原因:R挡离合器片卡滞、R挡离合器压力腔压力不足、扭矩传感器的轴向花键卡滞引起测量失准造成传动钢带打滑。
2. The car is equipped with CVT transmission. The new car that has only driven for more than 300 kilometers has this fault. It is suspected that it is the internal mechanical fault of the transmission. According to the R gear control principle, the causes of R gear slip are analyzed: R gear clutch plate stuck, R gear clutch pressure chamber insufficient pressure, torque sensor axial spline stuck, resulting in measurement inaccuracy, resulting in transmission belt slip.
3.试车,挂尺挡松开制动踏板不踩加速踏板,车辆在原地耸动并伴有“嚓嚓”声音;踩下加速踏板感觉尺挡离合器突然接合有明显冲击感。读取数据流,1区扭矩传感器压力2.9bar,比正常低;第2区离合器压力3.3bar、第3区规定离合器压力2.9bar,离合器正常。
3. During the test run, when the brake pedal is released and the accelerator pedal is not pressed, the vehicle will move in place with a "chug" sound; Step down the accelerator pedal and feel the sudden engagement of the ruler clutch, with obvious impact feeling. Read the data stream. The pressure of torque sensor in zone 1 is 2.9bar, lower than normal; The clutch pressure in zone 2 is 3.3bar, and that in zone 3 is 2.9bar. The clutch is normal.
4.猜测挂R挡时扭矩传感器轴向花键卡滞导致信号失准,或者R挡离合器片卡滞打滑导致扭矩无法传递到扭矩传感器。但是,尺挡离合器压力与规定值一致,说明尺挡离合器压力腔的活塞工作正常;另外该车D挡位正常,均明说明此猜测不成立。
4. Guess that the signal is inaccurate due to the axial spline sticking of torque sensor in R gear, or the torque cannot be transmitted to the torque sensor due to the clutch plate sticking and slipping in R gear. However, the pressure of the ruler clutch is consistent with the specified value, which indicates that the piston in the pressure chamber of the ruler clutch works normally; In addition, the D gear of the car is normal, which indicates that this conjecture is not tenable.
5.抬下变速器,拆检发现输入轴尺挡齿圈固定卡子脱落(图3),导致R挡离合器片与R挡齿圈异常磨损(图4,图5),外侧离合器片脱离齿圈,导致离合器片无法正常接合。重踩加速踏板时压力增加将脱出的离合器片推回到齿圈,使车辆可以起步,再挂尺挡也会起步正常,但是关闭发动机后故障重现。
5. Lift down the transmission, and it is found that the fixed clip of the input shaft ruler gear ring falls off (Fig. 3), resulting in abnormal wear of R clutch plate and R gear ring (Fig. 4, FIG. 5), and the outer clutch plate breaks away from the gear ring, resulting in the clutch plate cannot be normally engaged. When you step on the accelerator pedal again, the pressure increases and the clutch plate will be pushed back to the ring gear, so that the vehicle can start, and it will start normally when you shift to the ruler gear. However, after the engine is turned off, the fault will reappear.
6.更换输入轴及R挡离合器片,确定R挡齿圈卡环安装可靠,组装完成后试车,用诊断仪匹配,故障排除。
6. Replace the input shaft and R clutch plate, make sure that the R gear ring snap ring is installed reliably. After assembly, test run, match with the diagnostic instrument, and remove the fault.
故障点评:输入轴及尺挡离合器片磨损。该案例是CVT变速器内部机械故障,尺挡起步开始打滑随后冲击接合,但变速器控制单元未达到记忆故障码的条件。虽然不能借助故障码,但故障发生的条件比较明确、有规律,可再现。
Fault comment: input shaft and ruler clutch plate wear. The case is the internal mechanical fault of CVT transmission, the ruler gear starts to slip and then impact to engage, but the transmission control unit does not reach the condition of memorizing the fault code. Although the fault code can not be used, the condition of fault occurrence is clear, regular and reproducible.
