一辆2011年奥迪Q5 , 搭载2.0T发动机同时匹配第二代DL50 1(0B5)7挡湿式双离合器变速器。

故障现象:奥迪Q5汽车一年内进厂维修3次都是同一个故障,那就是变速器时常没有奇数挡,关闭发动机重新启动后又恢复正常。而且每次进厂读到的都是同一个故障码:P17E100挡位调节器2机械故障。

在之前的维修过程中更换两块全新机电单元总成J743(控制单元、阀体、线板),维修过两次双离合器(摩擦片和活塞)。变成了疑难故障,在这种情况下笔者介入该变速器的维修。

Finally, it becomes a difficult fault. In this case, the author intervenes in the maintenance of the transmission.
故障诊断:由于特殊情况该车辆不能开到我们专修厂进行维修,所以我们只能上门进行检测做故障判断。如果确认是变速器故障,人家会把变速器从车上拆下来,我们拉走修好之后再送回来,还是人家自行安装。在这种情况下不得已我们只能上门进行初期的判断,于是小编驱车带着检测设备上门试车检测,故障码就不用说了,经过长时间反反复复的试车。总结一点规律性的现象:如果该车在P/N挡启动发动机后直接挂入D挡几乎就没事,一旦使用R挡后再去挂D挡时变速器就容易报警,P17E100故障码就出来了,此时变速器表现为没有1挡、3挡、5挡、7挡奇数挡,K1离合器被控制单元切断不再工作,只能以K2离合器作为动力传递装置来完成2挡、4挡、6挡偶数挡的动力传递过程。

At this time, the transmission shows that there are no odd gears of 1st gear, 3rd gear, 5th gear and 7th gear, and the K1 clutch is cut off by the control unit and no longer works, K2 clutch can only be used as the power transmission device to complete the power transmission process of 2nd, 4th and 6th even gears.
为什么有P1 7 E100故障码就会没有奇数挡呢?首先大家要知道P17E100故障码解释当中的“挡位调节器2”是谁?其实挡位调节器2就是1/3挡同步器,因此从故障码及实际故障现象来说,可能的故障原因应该包括:挡位调节器2机械故障。设置条件分析:控制单元在驱动1/3挡同步器时在规定时间内出现未能挂上1挡或3挡后便可激活该故障码。可能原因有:①偶数挡侧存在泄压或偶数挡离合器状态较差时(夺压),控制单元驱动1/3挡同步器力矩不足导致;②N433电磁阀输出压力或奇数挡侧压力不足导致(阀体或电磁阀);③控制单元错误计算时间接合距离信息;④1/3挡同步器确实存在机械方面的故障。机电单元包括:控制单元+阀体(带电磁阀),而离合器数据信息也不错,因此机械方面确实有可能存在问题。在过去的同样故障码案例维修中大部分都是K2离合器状态较差引起的,由于在使用R挡时K2离合器本身存在问题,因此大部分系统压力都给到K2离合器系统,结果在使用前进D挡时,控制单元要把1/3挡同步器挂入1挡侧。由于此时的系统压力更多地在偶数挡侧,结果奇数挡侧的系统压力偏低,导致1/3挡同步器没有顺利在规定时间内挂入1挡侧,结果P17E100故障码便被激活。要知道全新机电单元已经更换过两块,双离合器也已经修过两次,难道是K2离合器没有修好,还是存在问题?那么对于离合器本身状态分析,我们完全可以借助该变速器电控系统特有的功能来断定,那就是通过离合器上下匹配值便可知离合器好与坏。

The possible causes are: ① when there is pressure relief at the even gear side or the even gear clutch is in poor condition (pressure seizing), the control unit drives the synchronizer of gear 1 / 3, which is caused by insufficient torque; ② Insufficient output pressure of n433 solenoid valve or pressure at odd gear side (valve body or solenoid valve); ③ The control unit incorrectly calculates the time engagement distance information; ④ There is indeed a mechanical fault in the synchronizer of gear 1 / 3. The electromechanical unit includes: control unit + valve body (with solenoid valve), and the clutch data information is also good, so there may be mechanical problems. In the past maintenance of the same fault code cases, most of them were caused by the poor state of K2 clutch. Due to the problems of K2 clutch itself when using R gear, most of the system pressure was given to K2 clutch system. As a result, when using forward D gear, the control unit should shift the synchronizer of gear 1 / 3 to gear 1 side. Since the system pressure at this time is more on the even gear side, as a result, the system pressure on the odd gear side is low, resulting in the failure of gear 1 / 3 synchronizer to shift into gear 1 within the specified time, and as a result, p17e100 fault code is activated. You should know that two new electromechanical units have been replaced and the dual clutch has been repaired twice. Is it because the K2 clutch has not been repaired or there is a problem? Then, for the state analysis of the clutch itself, we can judge with the help of the unique function of the transmission electronic control system, that is, we can know whether the clutch is good or bad through the matching value of the clutch up and down.
