俗话说,常在路上跑哪有不扎胎。目前国内补胎行业鱼龙混杂,而补胎的工艺规范又参差不齐,收费也没有个标准,所以很多人都不知如何面对补胎这件事,咬牙被宰时有发生。今天我们就来剖析轮胎的修补步骤,以及平均的收费情况,以后避免被忽悠。

说道轮胎修补也许大家大概了解有热补、冷补两大类之分。热补是将修补贴片进行特殊浸泡,然后加热贴合。冷补是直接将粘合剂涂抹到贴片上粘合。流程很简单,但具体细节和工具却很讲究。由于热补需要工艺很考究,打磨或加热不好很容易对轮胎橡胶层构成危害,而且修补完后容易开胶裂缝容易老化,所以小店使用热补方法的不是很多。我要为大家介绍一种属于冷补分类中的方法,这种方法耐高温、耐老化、气密性好,更关键是能够二次修补口碑表现良好。
When it comes to tire repair, maybe you know that there are two categories: Hot patch and cold patch. Hot patching is to soak the patch in a special way and then heat it to fit. Cold patch is to apply adhesive directly to the patch. The process is very simple, but the details and tools are very particular. Due to the sophisticated technology of hot patching, poor grinding or heating is easy to cause damage to the rubber layer of the tire, and easy to crack and aging after repair, so there are not many hot patching methods used in small shops. I would like to introduce a cold patch classification method, this method is resistant to high temperature, aging, good air tightness, the most important is to be able to repair the second time, good reputation.
一、胎侧的修补方法
1、 Repair method of sidewall
轮胎破损受伤的位置只有三个部位胎侧——指轮胎的侧面,胎冠——指轮胎的正面,胎肩——指轮胎正面与侧面夹角位置。侧面受伤是更难修复的,4S店一般不会给予修复,修复后又得不到期限保证,所以大多店都会建议用户更换轮胎。我闲话少说,这里省略掉轮胎的拆卸步骤,直接从轮胎被扒下抬上括胎机上说起。

I'd like to start with the tire being pulled down and lifted onto the tire covering machine.
找到伤口后,要对轮胎内外伤口进行标注,预估打磨面积并选择使用工具,轮胎的侧壁相对很薄所以对手法和工具要苛刻的多。首先是打磨工具,要用轮状低速打磨机,打磨的目的是要将伤口的切面毛茬儿打磨平整,并打磨出较细的纹路以方便粘合。

After finding the wound, mark the inner and outer wounds of the tire, estimate the grinding area and select the tools. The sidewall of the tire is relatively thin, so it is much more demanding on techniques and tools. First of all, the grinding tool is to use a wheel shaped low-speed grinding machine. The purpose of grinding is to smooth the rough stubble of the cut surface of the wound, and grind out fine lines to facilitate bonding.
打磨完成后用钢丝刷进行清洁,把打磨后下的胶皮碎末清除,为涂抹硫化剂做准备,如果碎末清除不干净会影响到橡胶的粘合,容易导致橡胶粘合不牢或者造成脱落。
After grinding, the steel wire brush shall be used to clean the rubber scraps left after grinding, so as to prepare for the application of vulcanizing agent. If the scraps are not removed clean, the adhesion of rubber will be affected, which is easy to lead to loose adhesion or falling off of rubber.
清洁工作完成后,就要在创面上涂抹上硫化剂,这种药品的作用就是让硫化胶发生化学反应,使我们塞进去的硫化胶和轮胎本身的橡胶融为一体。
After the cleaning work is finished, we should apply the curing agent on the wound surface. The function of this medicine is to make the vulcanizate react with the rubber of the tire itself.
硫化胶是一种天然橡胶,使用它之前先要进行加热,放到预热版上的硫化胶经过约5分钟的加热就会变软,达到可以使用的状态。硫化胶用镊子和平头螺丝刀配合塞入侧面伤口切面并尽量填平填满。
Vulcanizate is a kind of natural rubber. It needs to be heated before using it. The vulcanizate on the preheating plate will be softened after about 5 minutes of heating, and it can be used. The vulcanizate was inserted into the cut surface of the side wound with tweezers and flat head screw driver, and filled up as much as possible.
轮胎外面的工作暂时告一段落,内部的伤口处理需经过慢速打磨,钢丝刷清洁,吸尘器清除橡胶沫三个步骤。对于打磨力度的要求也很高,轻了达不到目的,重了容易打薄对轮胎造成损伤。
For the time being, the work on the outside of the tire has come to an end. The internal wound treatment needs to go through three steps: slow grinding, wire brush cleaning and vacuum cleaner removing rubber foam. The requirements for grinding force are also very high, light can not achieve the purpose, heavy easy to thin tire damage.
除了刚才介绍的条状硫化胶这里还有一张胶带状的硫化胶俗称灰胶,灰胶的特点是弥补小的创伤和钉子眼很好用。在这里我们用到了轮胎内部创口修复上,将灰胶贴到内部伤口上用力挤压结实,撕掉蓝色塑料膜后便可进入下一道工序。
In addition to the strip-shaped vulcanizate just introduced, there is also a piece of adhesive tape like vulcanizate, commonly known as gray rubber. The feature of gray rubber is to make up for small trauma and nail holes, which is very easy to use. Here we use the internal wound repair of tire, paste the gray glue on the internal wound, and then press it firmly. After tearing off the blue plastic film, we can go to the next process.
轮胎内外两侧均以用不同的硫化胶进行了修补粘贴,为了让两面的橡胶粘合结实,我们还需要做高温硫化处理,做这种处理的器具叫硫化机,根据轮胎侧面纹路、宽窄、高低不同所选择硫化机的模具也不同,也就是说,模具可以塑造出跟轮胎相同的纹路样子。上下模具装好并拧紧螺栓进行通电加热,硫化机的热度恒温保持在100度,所以不用担心对轮胎造成损坏,慢慢的轮胎胶皮就微微的散发出烘烤味道。

The equipment for this treatment is called curing press. According to the tire side lines, width and height, the mold of the curing press is also different, that is, the mold can create the same texture as the tire. The upper and lower molds are installed and the bolts are tightened for electric heating. The heat of the vulcanizing machine is kept at 100 ℃, so there is no need to worry about the damage to the tire. Slowly, the rubber of the tire will slightly emit the smell of baking.
经过半个小时的标准化加工作业,硫化胶已经和轮胎橡胶充分融合在一起,这里还需要用慢速打磨机进行修整,把多余的橡胶打磨掉,大概轮廓与弧形与原轮胎一样。之前介绍过慢速打磨机只能磨出粗糙有纹路的表面,如果想要使修补部位跟原轮胎表面一样光滑,那么就需要用快速打磨机进行加工,经过快速打磨以后创口修复面就平滑多了。快速打磨机只能应用于轮胎外面,由于转速较快很容易将橡胶面烧糊,所以内侧是严禁使用的。

The fast grinding machine can only be used on the outside of the tire. Because of its high speed, it is easy to burn the rubber surface, so the inner side is strictly prohibited.
轮胎内部的硫化胶加热完成后,还需要进一步打磨,打磨的目的是为了给粘贴加固垫做准备,让加固贴粘贴更牢固。这样侧面修补内外均经过两次打磨两次涂抹硫化剂。需要将子午线加固贴贴上去,用挤压滚按照从中间到两边顺序滚压,使其完全贴合,撕下表面薄膜涂抹上密封胶整个侧面修补工作完成。
After the vulcanizate inside the tire is heated, it needs to be further polished. The purpose of grinding is to prepare for the bonding reinforcement pad, so that the reinforcement paste can be more firm. In this way, the inside and outside of the side repair are polished twice and the vulcanizing agent is applied twice. Finally, press the film onto the surface from both sides and roll it down to the side.
